Breakfast of champions

Despite the grilled cheese sandwich being a super unfamiliar concept here in Sweden I tried my damndest to make one this morning.


This is just ham, regular grated cheese, some left over parmesan and a healthy serving of spinach. Fried in a grill pan on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. In hindsight, it could have definitely stayed in the pan for a couple more minutes. But it tasted absolutely lovely nonetheless.

And of course, no breakfast of mine is complete without a warming cup of japanese green tea.
